Are you looking for a coach? There is a new coach/teacher in town and she is awesome. I used to perform with her in Chicago at Improv Olympic and she knows her shit. She taught level 1 classes at IO for three years and comes with Charna Halpern's (Truth in Comedy) personal seal of approval.

She has studied with Del Close, Noah Gregoropoulos, Charna Halpern, Susan Messing, Mick Napier, Kevin Mullaney, Joe Bill. If I were starting a new group today I would ask her to coach it.

We had her as a sub coach for our rehearsal last weekend and she was AMAZING!! Seriously...we reached new levels. Hire this woman...she is awesome :)

Christina is a wonderful B-12 shot in your improv arm! She is wonderful and amazing and fun and excited and enthusiastic.

Seriously, Christina is so much fun and has such wonderful,rich ideas about improv...you'll fast be joining her adoring public!

seriously, christina is AMAZING x 10! she is smart, fun, supportive, energetic. she will change the way you look at improv - i swear!

the woman's a genius - you're a fool to not work with her. case closed.

I'll throw an endorsement in.

I've worked with Christina for the past couple of years as a fellow teacher and she's a great educator and has a passion for improv. She's amazingly amiable and her students adore her. She's just damn smart and fun.

Im glad to see that you New Yorkers realized so quickly what you have just inherited from me . My loss is your gain. Take advantage of it. And if you think she is a GREAT teacher-just wait till you see her perform.

When her students found out that she was leaving Chicago, a bunch of them went up to Christina, at a party, to say goodbye and thank her for teaching them.
It was simultaneously one of the coolest and saddest things that I've seen at IO.
She's a great teacher.

She is one of the coolest improvisors I have ever met. I was honored to be coached by her. Her insights are so exact and her nurturing made us all feel super warm and cuddly.

we just had her for our group's rehersal and we all walked out blown away by how great she was for us! highly reccomended!

Christina as a coach is a magical godsend. I haven't met a coach yet that is more specific when it comes to giving you notes that you can actually work on in your scenes. However, when she's giving you those notes, she does so in a way that makes you feel very good about your work and your choices. Our group has improved dramatically with her and we all are nuts about her. I can't reccomend hireing her enough.

Ways that Christina is similar to the giant movie monster Mothra

So this was over drinks with fellow members of my group that Christina coaches. If there weren't good reasons to hire Christina before this now there most definatly are:

-Mothra is the Godess of Infant Island who swoops in to save those in need in far away places (Tokyo)

-Christina is the Godess of Improv Olympic Chicago who swoops in to save improv groups in need in far away places (NYC)

-Mothra is summoned by 2 little fairy ladies

-Christina could be summoned by a little fairy and some ladies

-Mothra sprinkles magic dust

-Christina is magical

-Mothra knows monster giant Angarus

-Christina knows improv giant Armando Diaz

-Mothra can crush me

-I have a crush on Christina

hire her. but don't hire her when i need her. because if you do that my love for her will force me to shank you. she's the bee's knees and the cat's pjs and my entire group wants to marry her.

have you not hired her? i hope it isn't because i've threatened to shank you. i only work with her one night a week, so your chances of being shanked are only one in seven, and she's well worth the risk.

maybe if you don't hire her i'll shank you. did you ever stop and think of that? pretty tough spot you're in now, smart guy. i'd cut the bullshit and hire christina as your coach.
