When I go to the therapist, I usually sit up. But I am tempted to lie down next time.... but I think that might be weird...
On the one hand, I mean, I hardly know this woman! (Although she knows WAY too much about me....)
On the other hand....I am paying her so much money!!! I should at least be comfortable!
