Help me with a magazine story?

I'm writing a story on being in bars at last call and thought:
Who has better experience drinking really late than improvisers?

Sound off about your favorite places to be at 4am and why.

Especially if
a) a bar tends to do funny things at last call: banging on tables or screaming waitresses or vomiting old dudes or some-such-ness

b) you know of a bar that will be doing something holiday related in general

c) you like this bar for any special/interesting/hilarious or drunken reason at all

Jake's Dilemma on Amsterdam Avenue has a bell that they ring. The Bartenders on the weekend will also dance on the bar to Def Leopard and "pour some sugar" on the drunken gyrating UWS girls.

I was in Red Rock West once at last call and the bartender did a clog dance to that Devil came to Georgia song. Everyone still sitting at the bar got a shot straight from the bottle or, if their beer was still full, they got it poured down their throat/ on their shirt.

Big Dave the bartender at Lit on 2nd Ave has been known to spit fire at last call, if the crowd deserves it.

I love "ever-lovin' IRC"

Upon re-reading, Jane actually said "ever-lovin' help." That's pretty good too, but "ever-lovin' IRC" is even better. Sounds like a 60s Marvel comic!
