If I could only post of picture of Franklin Street it would be even crazier. They never taught me how to post pictures on internet message boards at Carolina. But just imagine if you will a picture of die hard Carolina fans going balls-to-the-wall CRAZY on Franklin Street. Maybe I don't need a picture after all?

Sean May had 26 points and the Tar Heels didn't allow a basket over the final, excruciating 2½ minutes Monday night to defeat Illinois 75-70, a win that finally gave Williams, the 17-year coaching veteran, the national championship that was missing from his otherwise stellar resume. The Tar Heels won their first title since 1993.

I will be leaving the sea of Tarheel fans, Carolina blue sunny skies, and 72 degree Spring weather to work in Chicago for the month of April. I'll leave the National Title at home. Franklin Street was NUTS! I overheard a bunch of police while walking briskly, "We've got illegal fireworks in front of Miami Subs" -- 2 minutes later, Machine Gun sounds! Stampede! ahhh, black cats thrown into a bonfire. So many people, so much blue paint, it was AWESOME!
