i can guarantee this has been asked before, but i was wondering the process of picking people to be on the harold teams at the ucb. i have heard a bunch of rumors about creating new teams, adding to existing ones. committees, auditions, all that jazz. can someone fill me in.
im curious like a cat thats why my friends call me whiskers
