Harold Night Highlights 8/26

The Law Firm: When the Sexiest Man in the World is asked if his balls have refracted, and the others discuss prisms of light coming from his junk. Also, "I saw Jesus when I came, and he came too."

You can probably tell, I liked that scene. I'm a sucker for everything sex-ed and Jesus.

The Law Firm: Big Dale and Gil Ozeri's sycophant to Chalkie...Ben Rodger's overly-excited extra...Dominic Dierkes as an old man who speaks Aramaic...Nate Lang's opening moves...basically the entire Harold.

The Scam was also amazing. I would go into detail, but I don't want to steal someone else's thunder (although I want to walk across the stage wearing a hat in all of their future Harolds).

Ragnarock:
- Flying paper group game. Especially Jill's creepy old lady and Erik returning to the beginning of the story.
- Erik and Winston's swallowed scorpion scenes. So nice to see that crazy element used as the catalyst to discuss grounded roommate issues. (And Ben's "It's a restaurant. You can sit."

Bangs:
- Pat Baer's emotionally disturbed cop.
- The look on Fran's face while being sexed up by Still as the disembodied imaginary friend.

DeCoster:
- The look on Ryan's when being pointed at/yelled at by DC and Kirk.

Ragnarock (too lazy to see if that's spelled right) had some great moments - particularly the old-man wind/mail-room witch sequence and the demonic snowglobes. They seemed to have a lot of fun together there. Also, they get major props for pulling off a seemingly effortless invocation.

DeCoster had some really funny sh*t. The first scene with DC trying to hawk books and cds to Kirk was hilarious, then it just got insane with the introduction of the roommates. The gentleman was great! ("He looked like the guy from the Johnny Walker Label" XD).

Scam were their usual amazing selves. The fart restaurant rating was fun, and they dealt with the guy who twice (!) wandered across the stage brilliantly, without getting angry or personal. Real pros!
