Harold Night Highlights 5/13/08

Pat Baer comes out to get the first suggestion for Bangs' first show.

He gets bombarded with a ton of what are probably Pat Baer specific suggestions, and when the voices finally die down, he says, "Magna Carta, I heard Magna Carta," which I'm sure is the first thing he genuinely heard.

Classy guy, that Pat Baer.

He should wear a hat.

The hat game was the bomb. Well played. Very enjoyable first show. Everyone played well together. The chemistry's very good. Looking forward to increasing amounts of awesomeness from Bang in the future.

I loved the hat group game. Such a simple premise and incredibly supported.

Other big highlights, Clarke's hole, Lang's meat grinder in the pet shop, and Clements' lost child in the big bed. Spot on.

For those that stuck around... CC+C's tubs of product and KROMPF's Gargoyle BBQ were mind blowing as per usual.

Pat's hat group game was fun, it felt really rambunctious.

i missed the first half or so of BANGS but what i saw was really fun. that's going to be such a supportive team. i loved chelsea and fran's scene.

maggie's initiation for the second beat of the hitler scene was incredible.

the law firm's pre-sailing falling all over the place was so fun. i loved sue and gabrus' characters. and nate lang, bringing the intensity and commitment to grinding up the substandard was just awesome.

devlyn was on FIRE last night. i loved the wheelchair move. and sean getting into his parent's the giant bed. brian's raving while falling down the hole was such a great move.

pam's rubbing of the unicorn horn on her body and karel's agnozing pegasus pain was great. as was ari's swoop to steal the 'PLAIN OLE HORSE''s tears. kirk's delivery of those lines was great.

my chest still hurts from bouts of convulsive laughter and panting during krompf's set. and i echo the sentiments of 'shark blast'. c, c, + c does more with a monoscene than most groups can do in 2 dozen scenes.

it was a really fun night overall :up:
