I am moving out of my apartment in October and I need someone to take my place. The apartment is awesome: Huge, nice big bedroom, washer/dryer in the apartment, near Carroll St F train, next to tons of great restaurants and bars, roommate is great - she works and goes to school. The rent is $800/month.
