Getting good google listings seems quite easy to me. Just make sure the words you want to be associated with are in the title of the page.

it also helps that a) there's a lot of text on these pages b) there are probably a lot of incoming links to the site (thank you ali) c) the text on the pages is relevant to the search terms...
