“Getting Hotter by the Day,” directed by Dannah Feinglass of The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, will address such topics as nineteenth-century breakups, pre-teen nuclear theory, and The Greatest Love Story Ever Told at the Post Office. Throw in a couple of original songs, a Power Point presentation by Stephen Hawking, and a magical appearance by Alan Rickman, and you’ve got the makings of a dweeb fantasia.
