I'm in a fairly informal improv group, and our coach decided to try a new experiment today.
We did a scene, and every time someone asked a question we did a flashback. It was meant to train us to do more flashbacks, and the scenes were decent enough for an untested exercise.
But one thing it made me realize is how many questions I tend to ask during scenes. I was a lot more alert to giving people stuff to work with instead of asking questions the rest of the day.
Has something similar ever happened to other people?
