So sunday was the end of pride week. I was supposed to ride on one of the floats but wimped out at the last possible moment. The parade was grand though. I wore my rainbow brite phat pants and my soother. It was funny when me, Josh, Chandler and Danyelle went for all you can eat sushi after he parade. So meny people were looking at me all confused. I enjoyed it. I learned some thing new about Chandler. She used to work in the "personal entertainment" department. It's funny how we sugar coat our professions. Example me and my "I'm in manufacturing and distrabution." Aw well.

So yesterday I hooked with Liz. Jackie got $1,000 of her rent money stollen so Liz had to lend her 800 dollars. I saw her new place. It's a total sketch house it's gold. She is sharing it with jackie,nathaniel some girl named carla and they're trying to evict Dave. they have lots of pets. 4 cats, 4 lizards and 11 fish in that house. We went to Finding Nemo (my second time her first) and she agreed that I am totaly Dori. I slept over and we played board games and watched monsters Inc. The next day we went to the beach got 2 dollar subs and starbucks then i had a planning meeting for the workshop in Oct.

The workshop in Oct. is coming along slowly but surely. we've planed the schedual but we need to plan the actual workshops more and we need to chose which goes into which time slot. Augh! hopefully 2 more months is enough to plan it. I also have the conferance coming up on the 13 14 and 15th which means I'm missing Shawna's B-day. POOP!

Danyelles B-day is on thursday and raina'a is on saturday. gotta get them both cards cause i already got the other part. I'm excited to see Nemo. Glad he's back from new mexico. Excited for alex to be back on the 16th of this month. Excited to go to San Fran and Las Vegas if i can find a road trip partner. Danyelle bailed on me because she didn't get into Rsidence at U-Vic and she has to go over early to find houding on the island.

I need to strenthen my bond with my East Van kids. They rock ass.

stupid summer school

I have to go pick up my summer school reportcard tomorow. But the problem there is that I need to wake up before 12:00 Come on people I'm 17 do you really expect that much from me? I mean it's 2:00PM right now and I'm still in my PJ's.

Nothin' to do today but journal and read. I'm reading Exstacy by Irvine Welsh currently. Before that i read Porno, (also by Irvine Welsh), and next I'm gunna read The world of ordinary boys. I can't find it though i think spencer has it. It's not in my room and i did tell him he could read it. I'll see him tomorow at danyelle's party. I can also give danyelle back her sweat shirt that alana borrowed a millenia ago and then gave me yesterday to give to danyelle tomorow. I wonder if josh had any success wth danyelles present. hmmm.....

Spencer did take my book. danyelle's party was grand. Me, alana and josh all slept at danyelle's. It's her 18th b-day so on sunday we are going to buy porn it'll be great. I'm going to buy porn on my 18th b-day. And on my 19th b-day I'm going to a strip club. I got a really random tan from spending 5 hours in the sun at danyelles party yesterday. This really pisses me of because I go to nude beaches specificly so i don't have tan lines. Ahwell that ya gunna do. today was fairly un eventfull as I'm sure tomorow will be as well.

Raina's party was actually fun. It was good to see nemo. after raina's friends left we watched rocky horror picture show. it was grand. I loved it. The whole family got dressed up and yelled call lines. anyway i slept over and went to the under the volcano festival in the morning. it was fun. nothing much else to report. excited for my conferance.

Shawna's mother passed away while i was at the conferance. Shawna seems to be holding up strong like i knew she would. poor girl. I luv her so much. The memorial service is tomorow at 1pm. I have to find somthing to wear.

On a lighter note the conferance (which will hence forth be known as Gay Camp) was awsome. I made so meny new friends and i watched people blossom all in the short span of 4 days. On the afternoon of the 12th I boarded a Greyhound bus up to Kamloops. Sitting next to me was a very nice guy named Trevor. We became friends straight away. We then became friends with the people sitting be hind us. There as a cute little asain dude named Rey and his fag hag named Kay. Kay was a dyke. Any way the four of us sorta became a crew so i had friends even befroe i got to the camp.

When we arrived at the camp we settled in and met all the other kids and youth leaders in the camp. I met this one guy named Domingo who was awsome. Our personalitys matched perfect and over the next three days we became close. I always seem to become close to people in a very short period of time. Anyways I spent most of my time with domingo and the bus crew.

On the last night we dressed Mckenzie and Matt in drag. OH my god they looked good. McKenzie preformed "Fighter" by Christina A. in the drag show we had at the dance on the last night. There were four times as meny drag kings as queens preforming it was funny.

All my friends were teasing me about it being booty camp and that I would spend the entire time being kept up all night. I was kept up every night but not beacuse of the reason they thought. I just wanted to spend time hanging out with people of my peer group. There was actually one girl of interst. Her name was adrea. Domingo was convinced she liked me. I will admit she is dang hot!! But i kept my distance to avoid drama. what is with me and my fear of any relationship other than friendship.

I'm going to San Fran on thursday. I have to get Shawna a birthday present and danyelle a gift just because she gives me cool gifts all the time. And because they deserve something cool from castro.
