THE 5TH ANNUAL DIRTY SOUTH IMPROV FESTIVAL

DSIF now accepting Teacher Submissions for 2005. If you have taught before and you are interested in coming back to the Dirty South Improv Festival, you should still submit the requested info. Feel free to call or email if you have any questions, or post them here!
What we need, email info@dirtysouthimprov.com:
1) Legal Name
2) Cell Phone
3) Your Mailing Address
4) Teacher Resume
5) Performer Resume
6) Name & Description of your festival workshop (include past festivals where this workshop has been taught)
7) Student feedback
We will be confirming teachers beginning November 15th. All teachers will be booked no later than December 20th. The best way to be considered will be to submit all requested info as soon as possible. DSIF Teachers will fall into two (2) categories:
1) Teacher
2) Coach
Teachers will be scheduled to teach two 2-hour workshops on Saturday 2/26/05 (10am - 12pm / 130 - 330pm) and scheduled to coach one 3-hour rehearsal on either Sunday 2/27/05 or Friday 2/25/05. Teachers will be provided a Teacher shirt, festival Lodging and travel expenses will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Teachers will be paid $25/hour for additional rehearsals and workshops above 7 hours.
Coaches will be scheduled to coach rehearsals on Sunday 2/27/05 and/or to teach additional workshops on Friday 2/25/05. Coaches will not be provided Lodging or compensated directly for Travel costs. Coaches will be paid $25/hour for rehearsals and workshops.

Select Teachers will be cast to perform the BAT to close the festival @ 10pm on Saturday night!

DSIF Coaches and Teachers may also be registered members of festival teams. The Dirty South Improv Festival will acknowledge them independently as team members for registration purposes, fees, etc.
