I've been around for awhile (Joey Catz and I came up together in the good old days) and have had my frustrations with the process for awhile. WITH THAT SAID, remember that trust is important in improvising. Trust the process. It's happening for a reason.

First I wanna give mad ups to my buddies Eliza, Eugene and Bobby. They rock it right. Way to go.

Im not going to be chastised. Thats ridiculous. I'm not questioning the creative decisions of management, im questioning the process by which the information of those decisions is released.
I think the wrong thing to do would be to not speak up about it. This is far different from a random anonymous screenname posting another "nobody likes me" post on the boards. If management is "annoyed" by what i have to say thats fine. Even if they are "infuriated", thats fine, as long as they listen and take in exactly what my retarded idea/problem is. (Im not insenuating people are having either of those feelings).
For the record people, this stuff doesnt keep me up at night, nor am i crying or thinking the world is ending. Id just like to be in the loop about shit like this so i dont have to be a bottom-feeder (a type of aquatic fish) for info. I honestly dont "really" know whats going on. I believe I know "some" stuff, but most stuff i dont, because i am left with bottom-feeder (a type of aquatic fish) info. And when you piece that info together, it might say "Some Harold teams are being killed" or it might say "Chris Kula is killing tiny babies" and those are 2 completely different and tragic things.
Im not even asking to have the exact same info people who this affects the most get. Im just asking for an additional public, "for the rest of you incase you hear stuff and are like whaa?" anouncement in the future for when stuff like this happens. That way when someone says "Did you hear? Chris Kula totally killed 5 tiny babies!!" I can say "sorry dude, it was ony 4, read the anouncement." or "We'll find out just how many at harold night on Nov 1st."

I know what you mean. And I didn't mean to make a statement about you. I just meant that I know from experience that the people who are making decisions—or some of them, anyway—want information to come out in a certain way, and generally are not happy when people speculate, criticize or complain about the system in a public forum. That's all. It's better to talk about this one on one with your fellow improvisors.
Also that we should all understand that this kind of thing is hard for everyone. It's hard for the people who don't know what's going on, it's hard for people who don't agree with what's being decided and it's hard for the people making decisions that are guaranteed to be controversial.

Im gonna stay clear of this stuff for a good long while. There is a time and a place and out of consideration for those of you who this situation (or whatever this "situation" is) actually has an affect on, I'll refrain from adding anymore stress. Im gonna be like a ninja who waits for things. Im not gonna talk about it, Im just gonna be very still and very silent (only moving my eyes.) Then, when the time is right, Im gonna do a backflip karate move.
