deleting posts

i'm not sure if i missed something, but where has the 'delete post' button gone to?

and why is it gone?

i only know that i don't see it when i edit my journal entries, and i would really, really like to have it back.

If you had that option in the past, it was a mistake.

the option was definitely present in the past.

why was it a mistake? i can't say i see the harm in being able to remove journal posts within the allowed editing time; after all, it is a form of editing.

i can see that you obviously have no intention of letting it happen again, but why is that?

just like to understand.
