Do you live in CT? Would you like to live in New Haven? You know you do.
My old roommates are still looking to replace me (it is quite an easy task). The apartment is located in a nice semi-enclosed area (no gate but it's a series of bungalos with court yards and trees and grass). Three bedroom (one of which will be yours). All the appliances are just one year old. Hardwood floors in the living room, wall to wall carpet in the bedroom.
The rent is $450 and the utilities comes to roughly $75 (give or take depending on AC).
The area is within walking distance of all the major clubs and bars yet removed enough from the path so you don't have wild drunks stumbling upon you. Also fairly close to Yale, if you like that sort of thing. Great area, great apartment management (full multi-person maintance crew that is always around, great young, yet professional land lord), and the roommates are entertaining and respectful.
If you are interested PM me or email me at radioactivespork (at) gmail (dot) com.
Oh and there is a two months deposit, just so you know.
Cheers!
Carl
