Corn Dog Vs. Corn steak?

I'm a bigger corn steak fan, cause you get more meat. It's more of a meal than a corn dog. What's your favorite corn product?

My vote goes corn dog. But as far as things on sticks go, I would choose prunes wrapped in bacon. It's this Peruvian thing that, when I was little, my aunt Angie would always have at her house. They sell them on sticks in Lima, according to my mom.

there's no such thing as a corn steak as to my knowlege, I just assumed that anything can be made into a corn product by covering it in corn batter and deep frying it. I have never had a corn steak, I just assumed I would choose it over a corn dog. I'm going to start my own corn steak stand right outside of UCB Theater.

no, corn steak is steak fried in corn bread batter, "country fried steak" like chicken fried steak is steak fried in a mixture of flour and spices like fried chicken.

How about just a meatier sausage to bread and deep fry? Like a corn-bratwurst or corn-kielbasa?

That way you could fulfil your need for more meat without having to reinvent a genre.
