Who are some of the better young "comic illustrators" in the UCB/alt-comedy world? Some examples being the very talented: Dyna Moe, Porter Mason, Julie Klausner...

Ie. who did that amazing Dillinger postcard a year or so back?

There is an illustrator named Lee (Mckeel what is Lee's last name?) who just got hired to illustrate for Bungie in Seattle.

John Green and Dave Roman have some really cool comics like Teen Boat. They are both big fans of the UCB:

Oh man. Zach Baldus is the best illustrator I've ever known. One of the best I've ever seen. He did the first few SPOILER illustrations, but you can check out all of his stuff at:

He's a great guy and a great improviser to boot.

Cheers,

Drew

I cannot recommend Zach Baldus enough. He's an excellent illustrator & a fine human being. Plus he and I have been known to look strikingly similar at times.

That's Lee Wilson. He designed this for our group (he's the one in the middle with the Uzis):

I haven't posted on here in a while. Like two years or something. But since I've actually come up in this thread, I will take this opportunity to make a rare appearance. I did make that Dillinger flyer. I did make illustrations (and dumb movies) for Spoilers 1-4. And I am fortunate enough to occasionaly look something like Brett Christensen. If you want to check out work from the increasingly less New York based comic book collective that I'm a part of check out Meathaus. Here's our site: http://meathaus.com/
