The apartment is located on 68th and 1st Ave. It’s a fifth floor walk-up, but it’s situated away from the road and it’s incredibly quiet. There are one of two rooms available. The larger bedroom rents for $1053/month and has two windows and a large closet. The smaller bedroom rents for $952/month and has one window and a smaller closet. The smaller bedroom has a loft which can be kept or taken down easily. I have a very friendly cat and the apartment is mostly furnished. The move-in date would be November 1st.
