Remote but finite possibility of needing short term housing in Boston area. What is that like re rates, roommates, ease of finding such, ease of mass transportation to business areas and Amtrak station, price, availability? Please either post or PM. Thank you.

Months = short term or days?

Where will you need to get to for commute?

Will you have a car or prefer the train?

There's a lot of stuff around Cambridge, very artsy, etc. You may want to check postings at the Co-op, etc.

You may also want to contact Improv Boston or Improv Assylum. They may know people.

This is very preliminary - I did ask about mass transportation because I won't have a car, and it would be longer than a few days. Thanks for the heads up on the improv organizations.

Dude, don't you live in Florida?

See the THEY improv New England in my signature? Sad but true :)

Also, you'll note that I was getting you to clarify your questions more than providing answers.

I know. But hey, I love it there. And the improv community is great!

The train system is great. Try to get a place either next to the commuter trains or the subway system. As long as where you work (or commuting to) is on that system, it isn't too bad.
