IT'S BLOGOLOGUES OPEN MIC NIGHT!
Ever lol-ed yourself to sleep due to a freaky Tinder message? Seen a Craigslist post that made you want to break away from society and become a hermit in the woods? Internet trolls on Facebook tickle your funny bone with their rage? Round up those crazy posts to read out loud to the world at our OPEN MIC! Let us break it down for you:
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone who can speak and read.
HOW?
Show up. Bring something you want to read. Pull something up on your phone. ANYTHING GOES. We'll also have some weird stuff with us in case you want to participate, but didn't like anything you found on your own.
THE RULES:
Show up. We'll have a sign-up list by the stage.
Your name will be called. Get onstage. YOU MUST TAKE A SHOT BEFORE YOU BEGIN. (Shots on us!)
State the source. Is there a URL? Is this from your inbox?
Read.
You get TWO MINUTES TOTAL.
WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO WATCH?
You can do that, too. But it's the same price and you don't get a free shot, sooo...
DO I HAVE TO STAY THE WHOLE TIME?
You'll want to, but no. Come whenever, stay for as long as you like.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
