Best Place to Rent a Beach House

If one were to rent a beach house with their friends. What would probably be the best choice. Good location/best price. So far I've heard everything from South Jersey to the Outer banks.

Emerald Isle in NC is very nice for the price. I know it is a pretty good distance from here, but it doesn't dissapoint.

Bald Head Island is amazing, but is probably above the price range you want.
