I'm a big fan of Shanghai Cafe (formerly Shanghai Gourmet) on Mott Street. Really great!

Joe's is at Pell & Bowery, I think about two blocks south of where the Manhattan Bridge lets out, and it's fantastic.

Also, for a great new and different Chinese food experience, take the 7 train out to Flushing/Main Street and walk around. You'll find great places.
