Improv Resource Center - Forums
Hi,
I'm looking to move out of where I currently am living in L.I.C and some friends have a great place for 1800 (which would be 600 a peice) the only problem is I don't know of two other people who are looking to move.
The place is on 34th St almost right off of Northern Blvd, which means it's a 1 minute walk to the R,V,G lines and few minutes from N,W. It has three brand new looking rooms, hard wood floors, two bathrooms (one located in one of the rooms) a kitchen, and a common area all of which are good sized for the money.
Please get back to me soon if this sounds good to you and I can meet you and tell my friend to let us see the room. I may even be able to haggle the price down more maybe to 1600 a month, because he's a cool old chinese guy.
If none of this interests you and you yourself just need a room mate I'm your dude. I'm clean, responsible, respectable and I have a steady job. I've been doing improv for about two years, I've taken everything but level 4 at the UCB, and I'm currently in the group Street meet which is performing at Drinky town at the parkside lounge Wed the 20th. I get along with most folks and go to lots of Improv shows and bars. Let me know
