The Queen's Secret Improv Club is holding a round of auditions to cast 2 house teams on Sunday, January 26th from 11am-2am. Our house teams play weekly and rotate through the schedule on Fridays between 7:30pm-10:30pm.
A house team performer is responsible for rehearsing weekly, attending at least 75% of rehearsals and shows, and for $10 a month player dues (to pay for techs/managers and other needs.) We also have some expectations that you will promote your team and your shows.
We are looking for ambition and consistency in our castings. If you feel like these commitments might be too much for your schedule or personal goals, please consider not auditioning this round .
The QSIC house teams are for serious improvisors who want to grow and develop a strong team identity and take control of their own success. In our short time (20 months) as an improv collective, over 20 QSIC house players have been cast on house or sketch teams at The UCB, Magnet, The P.I.T., The PHIT, and The Story Pirates. We know talent, and we want to develop it here at QSIC.

Although we have no curriculum based bureaucracy about prerequisites in order to audition, we do give preference for the limited number of audition slots to those who have played here often and/or have more experienced resumes.
