Anyone know about book translation agreements?

Hi all.

Those of you in publishing, I was hoping that you could help me with something.

I am considering translating some books from English into Turkish and market them in Turkey.

I don't know whom I should contact about this, what a sample agreement looks like, what royalites are usually requested, etc.

Can anyone help me or point in the right direction?
