I have to move out of my place in Jersey City by the end of October. I know it may be a tad early by New York standards, but I'm puttin' the feelers out for anybody who might be looking (or know anyone who is) for a supercool roommate (w/ cat) come November 1st. Although it would be ideal to take him with me, I could find a place for my cat to stay if it's an issue. My max rent is $700-800. I'd love to get back to Astoria, but I'm pretty open to living almost anywhere in the city.
