Hi Everyone,
As crazy as this may sound I, David Serchuk and my longtime love Randi Skaggs, would like to announce our engagement! Now to those of you who know us this might be old news, but ... we met on the IRC!
Yes, it was 2 years and 8 months ago, that I responded to a thread Randilicious had posted about a "boyfriend wanted" and I guess I got it wrong, because it never mentioned anything about a fiance! But alas wrong is right, and here we are! So, go figure, our collective improv careers were good for something!

Sure, Dr. Suck Heave, er... I mean Dave Serchuk. Yes, while I might have abandoned anything resembling an improv career long ago, and I haven't posted on the IRC in ages (due to my new teaching career), the IRC and the entire improv world are precious to me! Thank goodness my brash little thread attracted a guy who's not only funny, but brave enough to respond to a leading thread by an unknown woman.
Thanks, IRC and its users for existing and bringing these two Internet nerds together! Ah...the wonders of modern technology!
