On Sunday evening US Airways lost my luggage and it's now Thursday morning and I still don't have it. I unfortunately put my coat, hat and gloves in my bag along with my medications and other personal items. I could really use all that stuff right now. I WANT MY BAG NOW!!!! Three times I heard from them promising that will bag will be delivered at a certain time, yet they never showed. I can't seem to call them, they only are able to call me. US Airways won't answer their phone and I am getting really upset. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know what to do. I can't seem to get a phone number, name or address of their delivery people.
I took the # I got on my cell phone of which they called me from. However everytime I call it I get a busy signal. Even in the middle of the night the busy signal is going. I went to yellowpages.com and did a reverse look-up with the phone #718-441-5177 and I get the address of a Taxi company. If you do a reverse lookup of the address of the taxi company you get a different #. When you call that # they say they have nothing to do with baggage deliveries.
